Your entry

During the first months with Wieland, you will discover a lot of new things. Nevertheless, you are not thrown in at the deep end. We support you with an extensive initial training plan, help you to familiarize quickly and to develop your knowledge through a wide range of training opportunities.

Our starter package:

• Specific training and training on the job
• Feedback meeting after the first 100 days
• Wieland-Integration-Program: discover the company intensively and across all departments (exchange with other new employees, becoming acquainted with business objectives, our organizational structure as well as representatives of our divisions etc.)
• Factory tours in Ulm and Vöhringen
• A broad range of training courses (e.g. Wieland Basic Training, Wieland Advanced Training)
