  • Basic programme
    During the first weeks you will get main informations about Wieland
  • Stages
    In a variety of departments and several locations - preferred in the production and their related interfaces e.g. "product development" or "technical application consultancy"
    Together we define various stages of your program, we work with you to determine and set the objectives you need to achieve. Naturally we try to coordinate the needs of the company with your professional and personal issues.
  • Stay abroad
    There will be at least one foreign posting of several months, e. g. in the USA, Asia, Austria or UK.
    You will learn different ways of working, expand your language skills, have the possibility to increase your personal network within the Wieland Group, as well as developing your cultural horizons.
  • Activities
    Varying, challenging tasks in daily and project-based tasks
  • Support / mentoring from the management level
    Always at your side and your central point of contact.
    Your department supervisor and HR are there to support and advise you, too.
  • Feedback
    At the end of each section, you get feedback on your development. Together we will look at which path you should be taking.
  • Further training
    To complement your personal and professional development we offer a wide range of training opportunities that you can choose by yourself and in consultation with your mentor. Furthermore, we will support your international opportunities with intensive language training.
