Child care - for relieved parents

If your children are well cared for, you can be calm and focused at work. Therefore, we provide information on child care (such as nurseries, holiday care, emergency care, babysitting services, etc.) for our employees.

Since school holidays are particularly difficult to bridge, we offer child care during the regular school holidays for employees’ children in Voehringen, Ulm, Langenberg and Villingen. It has a varied programme with crafts, games and excursions in the region.

Nursery places for children of employees

Nursery places for children under three years are more important than ever because employees aim to reconcile work and family life.

We support our employees and are pleased to be able to offer nursery places in Neu-Ulm and Voehringen.

Parents seminars - tips and advice on education and nutrition

Every start is difficult and everyone wants to do the best for his/her own children. There we are proud to offer, in collaboration with our BKK (company health insurance fund), professional support. In the courses educational issues and nutrition tips are discussed, such as "Train not spoil - how to help my child be independent," "Always trouble with homework," "How to help my child to eat healthily and properly," "Infant nutrition - only the best for my baby" etc.

Children and career - return to work

It is feasible to balance career, family and children. We look forward to welcoming back parents who qualify after maternity leave. That is why we support your return after the birth of your child through part-time work and telecommuting. By participation in our training programme and also by receiving our corporate magazine during maternity we help parents stay in touch and young parents to stay on ball.

Christmas gifts for children

All employees with children under the age of 16 years receive great presents such as exciting games, stuffed animals, backpacks and more.
