Professional Qualification
In order to maintain your scientific and technical standards, a needs-orientated training programme will be developed through regular training meetings with your line management, making use of seminars, conferences, lectures and courses.
Wieland Basic Training
The basic training is mainly aimed at academics, who have been employed by Wieland for less than five years. You can improve existing method- and social skills through computer-based training, short lectures, group work, video analysis and role playing.
Your line management has an active part in creating your personal programme. This ensures a customised modular course, which takes work related issues into account and enhances the learning experience.
The training consists of different 2 or 3-day modules:
